The Luster-On Z-52/53W zinc plating system is designed to perform in high-temperature operations. The system operates in both barrel and rack plating lines and consists of a concentrated liquid brightener (Z-52) and a liquid wetting agent (Z-53W) specifically formulated to limit co-deposition of organics in the zinc layer. Other advantages are high cathode efficiency, low internal stress and superior plate distribution. The Z-52/53W system functions well in either ammoniated or non-ammoniated formulations.

Luster-On Z-30/35W
An acid zinc plating system that delivers full bright ductile deposits with low concentrations of organic addition agents. The product is very well suited to higher temperature operations and will not cloud out at elevated temperatures. Additional features include excellent covering power, increased cathode efficiency and reduced waste treatment and energy costs. The Luster-On Z30/35W system will plate malleable and cast iron without special preparation.

Luster-On CNX-88
An alkaline cyanide-free process producing bright, lustrous, stress-free deposits over a wide current density range. The process is suitable for both rack and barrel plating operations. Use of this system, in place of conventional cyanide plating, will eliminate the need for cyanide destruction. Use of the Luster-On CNX-88 process produces bright, burn-free deposits (even at high current densities). The solution operates successfully over a wide range of concentrations and temperatures, delivering excellent throwing and covering power and uniformity of plate. It produces ductile and blister-free deposits that chromate easily. The system offers ease of control, low operating costs and simplified waste treatment. Luster-On CNX-88 should be used with an external zinc generator system for superior performance.
